He also served on the Board of Directors for the Intercooperative Council, a nonprofit dedicated to providing affordable housing to students in Washtenaw county. Since graduating college, he has worked a variety of jobs ranging from bartending to editing ads for a pharmaceutical company.

His passion for teaching and working adolescents led him to Ivy Admissions where he focuses on tutoring for the SATs.
On his days off, Roland loves to campaign for politicians and explore Chinatown in search of New York’s best roast pork buns.
