How it Works
EVALUATION
During a one hour planning session, a senior consultant will work with you to understand your past experiences and future goals. After the session, you will be provided with an evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses, as well as a roadmap outlining the path to achieving your goals.
WORK WITH CONSULTANTS
One consultant does not fit all when it comes to your admissions goals.This is why we build you a team of up to four area-expert consultants to fill your needs. Each consultant has recent first-hand experience in his or her expertise area, allowing you to benefit from your consultant’s personal experience and relevant insights.
APPLY
Your consultant will work with you to select schools, write essays, secure recommendations, build your resume, and submit applications completed and on time. We take your acceptance into your dream schools personally, and will even work with schools to get students admitted off of waitlists.
Taylor’s Team of Consultants
Taylor was a high school junior at a prestigious private school whose dream college was Stanford University. While Taylor was an excellent student, he was worried about competing against the top students in the world to gain a coveted spot at Stanford. To make him a stand-out applicant, we focused on boosting his academic record and creating unique extracurricular experiences for him. Taylor worked with four Ivy Admissions consultants:
Deeana is Ivy Admissions’ Founder, and head consultant. She worked directly with Taylor to refine his goals, craft a plan to boost his application, find overseas volunteer opportunities, and pull together Taylor’s team of consultants.
Christine studied Spanish throughout college and scored a 5 on her AP Psychology exam in high school. She worked with Taylor to prepare him for his AP Spanish and AP Psychology exams, and helped him with AP homework assignments throughout the year.
Samantha is an ex-Microsoft computer science guru who helped Taylor expand his coding skills by tutoring him in AP Computer Science and working with him to develop his own mobile application, Humble Help that he designed to help connect volunteers with local community organizations.
Ariana is an SAT expert who utilized Ivy Admissions’ adaptive test prep methodology to help Taylor increase his SAT score from 1230 to 1530. She also tutored him in SAT Physics, Math 2, and Literature subject tests.
